Beatjaxx is a brand operated by Stormbound Oy, a company registered in Finland.

1. About Beatjaxx
Beatjaxx is a physical music format: a dual-connector USB drive (USB-C / USB-A) containing lossless audio, video, and additional content from the artist. Products are sold through our Shopify store at stormboundrecords.com.
By purchasing a Beatjaxx product, you agree to these terms.
2. The product
Each Beatjaxx release is a physical item. You are purchasing the physical carrier and the files pre-loaded on it. Once delivered, the files are yours to keep, copy to your own devices, and play for personal use.
You are not purchasing a streaming licence. The files are not DRM-protected.
3. Permitted use
You may:
- Play the files on your own devices
- Make personal backup copies
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or share the files publicly
- Use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Stormbound Oy
4. Orders and payment
All purchases are processed through Shopify. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service. Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable under Finnish law.
5. Shipping
Beatjaxx products are shipped from Finland. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Because Beatjaxx is a physical product containing pre-loaded digital content, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless the product is defective.
Defective products: If your Beatjaxx does not work on arrival, contact us within 14 days at contact@stormboundrecords.com. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
Unopened products: You may return an unopened Beatjaxx within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in line with EU consumer rights. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
All music, artwork, video, and other content on the Beatjaxx drive remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holders (artists, labels, publishers). These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for private listening only.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Finnish law, Stormbound Oy’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish or EU law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be referred to the Helsinki District Court, or alternatively resolved through the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi).
